- Refunds
- Store credit

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and condition reports for every watch we sell. However, all items are sold “as-is”, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ask questions and request additional information if needed prior to purchase.

We stand by the authenticity of the watches we sell. If we advertise a watch as authentic, it has been assessed to the best of our knowledge. If you have concerns about authenticity, please contact us before completing a purchase.
5. Selling to Us
When you sell a watch to us, the transaction is binding once accepted by both parties. We reserve the right to assess the condition and authenticity of any watch submitted for sale and to make a final offer based on that assessment. Once the sale is finalised and payment is made, no reversals or return of the watch are possible.
